How can I make a purchase?
The Fruut online shop was designed so that you can quickly and intuitively choose and buy the best option for you.
To buy from Fruut you just need to:
- Browse the online shop and get to know the various boxes available;
- Choose the box and define whether you want to buy that box once or whether you want to opt for a subscription plan.
- Select the desired modality and add it to the cart;
- Then simply access your shopping cart;
- If you already have an account, log in; if you do not have an account, you can create one;
- If you prefer you can make a purchase without registration.
- Add your delivery and contact details;
- Choose your shipping method;
- Select the payment method that is most convenient for you;
- Confirm and finalise the purchase.
When your purchase is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the shipment has been made, you will receive another email with detailed shipping information and order tracking.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are free on all orders.
When will my order be shipped?
The shipping of your order depends on the chosen mode/plan.
If you choose to make a one-off purchase, your order will be delivered 1-2 working days after order confirmation. If you choose a subscription plan, your order will always be dispatched on the first working day of each month e demorará cerca de 1 a 2 dias úteis a ser entregue.

The means and delivery deadlines may change according to the time of year. The estimated delivery dates are merely indicative and any delay does not entitle the customer to any compensation.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, Fruut offers the following payment methods - Multibanco, PayPal, MBWay and Credit Card. These methods may vary depending on the subscription plan chosen.
In which currency can I make my payment?
In Europe all orders are placed in Euro (€) and payment is processed in this currency. Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined automatically by your Bank/PayPal and not by Fruut.
How do credit card payments work?
To pay by credit card simply select the item you wish to buy, complete your delivery and billing address information, proceed to the checkout selecting the credit card payment method. A window will then open for you to enter your credit card details. The Fruut online shop will not store your credit card details. We will only receive a payment confirmation from your bank.
How do paypal payments work?
To pay with PayPal simply select the item you wish to buy, complete your information about the delivery and billing address, proceed to checkout and select the PayPal payment method. Next, a window will open for you to enter your Paypal account details. Fruut never has access to your private information. We only receive a payment confirmation, in the online shop system, from your PayPal account.
How do payments with an ATM reference work?
If you are in Portugal, you can choose to pay your order through an ATM and Multibanco reference. By selecting this method, you have up to 2 days (48H) to finalize the payment. As soon as you do so the order will be shipped. The communication of the payment is made automatically, so don't worry; it is not necessary to send proof of payment.
How do MBWay payments work?
If you are in Portugal, you can choose to pay your order using MBWay. To pay with MBWay simply select the item you wish to buy, complete your information about the delivery and billing address, proceed to the checkout selecting the MBWay payment method. Next, you should indicate the mobile number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the indicated steps to confirm the purchase. As indicated in the application, payment must be made within five minutes, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
I am having difficulties with payment. What should I do?
If you are unable to make your payment you should check the details of the card you are entering or the PayPal account you are using. If you have checked that everything is correct but you are still unable to proceed with the payment, contact us by email at email@example.com.
Is it possible to return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days to return a product. However, the products must be in good condition and in full original packaging and properly closed/sealed. To return a product you can use the return form available in the Terms and Conditions and send it by email or to the Fruut address. The return costs are borne by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order is already sorted or on its way to your address, we will not be able to honour your cancellation request. You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription you must inform Fruut 30 working days before the dispatch of the next box.
When and how will I receive a refund?
When the return is received, we carry out quality control and refund the money by the same payment method you used to place the order. The time it takes for the chargeback to appear on your bank statement depends on your bank. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
